Consulting, Mentoring & Coaching for Creative Careers
How I support artists, producers & managers
I blend consulting, mentoring and coaching so you get both clarity and practical tools. Some sessions are about solving specific problems. Some are about mindset and confidence. Some are about learning the industry through lived experience. That mix is what creates real momentum. Sessions are practical, honest and tailored to you.
As someone who is neurodivergent and a certified Mental Health First Aider, I bring tools and empathy for the way creative brains actually work. Why this hybrid model works:
- You get someone to help you think (coaching).
- Someone who understands the industry (mentoring).
- Someone who can show you what to actually do (consulting).
What I help with
- Release and campaign planning.
- Deals, fees, splits and negotiations.
- Funding, grants and business strategy.
- Positioning, branding and audience growth.
- Creating sustainable systems and workflows.
How it works
- We start with where you’re at and what you need.
- We set clear priorities and next steps each session.
- Sessions are via video call. Clear notes and next steps after every session.
- You choose the support level that fits your pace and budget.
- We review regularly so it stays useful and sustainable.

Consulting, mentoring & coaching hybrid
Consulting
Expert answers, fast. “I solve, you evolve.”
This is where I’m most hands-on. I’ll look at what’s on your plate—releases, deals, campaigns, funding—and give you clear, practical advice you can act on straight away. No long decks, no jargon. Just what makes sense and why.
Consulting = specialist, structured advice.
Mentoring
Experience you can actually use. “I guide, you stride.”
I share what I’ve learned over 20+ years across management, distribution, brand partnerships, sync, education and multi-stakeholder projects. Honest, supportive and grounded in real work with artists, producers and creatives.
Mentoring = lived experience and guidance.
Coaching
Clarity that gets you moving. “I ask, you unmask.”
Coaching is about asking the right questions, unblocking what’s in the way, and helping you feel clearer and more confident about your next step. Less “do this”, more “let’s work out what’s right for you.”
Coaching = facilitated clarity and change.
About me
I bring 20+ years of experience across artist management, consultancy and education. I run TAPE Music Company and have worked internationally as a director at Record-Play, working across sync, brand partnerships and digital activations , 3 years as Country manager at Phonofile, gaining insight into distribution and tech-led growth, and mentoring programmes such as She Said So, Pie Factory Music, Help Musicians, and Keychange.
Spent my early career as a talent booker at 93 Feet East and Big Chill, building community and creative relationships
I also regularly guest lecture at universities and creative organisations
My approach centres on clarity, empathy and practical structure, helping artists build sustainable and enjoyable careers. I’m neurodivergent and a certified Mental Health First Aider, so I understand overwhelm, executive function challenges and the emotional side of creative work.
