What / How / Who

A quick snapshot of what we’ll focus on, how sessions run, and who this is most helpful for.

What I help with

  • Direction and priorities (what matters now)
  • Release planning and timelines
  • Team + partnerships (labels, distribution, PR, agents)
  • Funding, budgets and practical next steps
  • Confidence, clarity and accountability

How it works

  • 60-minute sessions via video call
  • We focus on the highest-impact next steps
  • You leave with a clear plan and priorities
  • Optional follow-ups and templates if useful
  • Support shaped around where you actually are

Who it’s for

  • You want a calm plan, not more noise
  • You’re releasing music and need structure
  • You’re stuck or overwhelmed and want clarity
  • You want honest feedback from someone experienced
  • You want momentum without burnout

Why this hybrid works

Sessions are practical, honest and tailored - whether we solve specific problems, reset direction or build confidence.

  • You get someone to help you think (coaching).
  • Someone who understands the industry (mentoring).
  • Someone who can show you what to actually do (consulting).

Consulting

Practical next steps and systems.

This is where we make things specific - what to do next, what to ignore, and how to build a plan you can actually follow.

Outcome: structured actions, priorities and a clear route forward.

Mentoring

Lived industry context & guidance.

Real-world perspective from 20+ years across management, labels, distribution, publishing, live and partnerships, so you’re not guessing.

Outcome: honest feedback, better decisions and stronger positioning.

Coaching

Clarity, confidence and momentum.

Space to zoom out, get out of your own head, and move forward with less overwhelm - especially when things feel stuck or high-pressure.

Outcome: calmer focus and renewed momentum.

About me

I bring 20+ years of experience across artist management, consultancy and education. I run TAPE Music Company and have worked internationally as a director at Record-Play, working across sync, brand partnerships and digital activations , 3 years as Country manager at Phonofile, gaining insight into distribution and tech-led growth, and mentoring programmes such as She Said So, Pie Factory Music, Help Musicians, and Keychange.

Spent my early career as a talent booker at 93 Feet East and Big Chill, building community and creative relationships

I also regularly guest lecture at universities and creative organisations

My approach centres on clarity, empathy and practical structure, helping artists build sustainable and enjoyable careers. I’m neurodivergent and a certified Mental Health First Aider, so I understand overwhelm, executive function challenges and the emotional side of creative work.
